Complaints Procedure

Acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days
Investigate and provide a response within 14 working days
Work with you to agree a fair resolution
All complaints are recorded and handled in accordance with TrustMark guidelines.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
If we are unable to resolve your complaint directly, you may refer the matter to our approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) providers:
Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC) – for Solar PV, Battery Storage, and Air Source Heat Pump installations
NAPIT – for electrical works and associated installations
These schemes provide independent dispute resolution services in line with TrustMark and consumer protection requirements.
